To promote self employment for the rural poor women, we have organized six day beautician training from 24th to 28th August 2022 at its office Shanmuganagar, Tiruchirappalli district. The course contains a personal grooming, makeup, skin treatment, hair styling and nail arts. 24 women trainees were participated from 12 villages. Mrs. Christy Sagayarani, and Mrs. G.Kumudhavalli, Trainers trained the women on beauty aspects of women and how to promote as business in the rural areas. They gave practical training to the women on using the Threading yarn, Bleach powder, creams, Face back powder, Facial creams, Facial brush, cotton, cloves, Rose water, skin toner, cotton towels, apron, head band, Hair brush, scissor, comb and dryer. Further they trained the group on simple yoga practices to keep the body fitness. This training helped women for self beauty aspects and to involve in beautician jobs. The trainees were participated very interestingly in the training program. Hope they will involve in the work at their locations. We have collected nominal training fees from the beneficiaries and utilized the same for the training purpose. We collect training fees from the beneficiaries and spent Rs.44300 for this training program.

KSE Trust has been organized skill training for 26 women on Artificial Jewel Making at its office, Trichy on 20th July 2022. The training was facilitated by Mrs. Kumudhavalli, The Managing Trustee, KSE Trust She trained the women on production of various items of terracotta jewels making, single and multiple stone jewel items, ear rings, kolusu items and hand wears. Further she shared the information on marketing the products. It was a good skill training program for the women to involve in income generation activities. The women participated with enthusiastically and with full involvement in learning skills. Some of them are producing the jewels and marketing them locally and in the local shops. We collect training fees from the beneficiaries and spent Rs.23800 for this training program.
